These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HealthyPet’s website, app, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HealthyPet helps you order wellness blood-test kits for your dog or cat, coordinates testing through accredited third-party labs and veterinarians, and gives you an app to track results over time.

HealthyPet is not a veterinary provider and does not practice veterinary medicine. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and we do not guarantee any health outcome or a longer life for your pet.

Information provided through the Service is for general wellness monitoring and early-trend awareness only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet’s health and before making decisions based on any result. If your pet is unwell, contact your veterinarian promptly.

Add-on tests, where offered, are framed accordingly: allergy testing helps identify potential triggers to discuss with your veterinarian and is not a standalone diagnosis; biological-age (methylation) testing is an estimate of biological age to track over time, not a prediction of lifespan.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

During our early-access period, placing a reservation does not charge you and does not create a binding sale. It reserves your interest while we open availability lab-by-lab.

Pricing shown during early access is introductory and may change before kits ship. We will confirm final pricing before any charge. You may cancel your reservation at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by HealthyPet or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as expressly permitted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyPet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on results or content provided through the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold HealthyPet harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HealthyPet is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. (Specific jurisdiction to be set with counsel before launch.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
