HealthyPet (“HealthyPet,” “we,” “us”) provides wellness blood-test kits for dogs and cats and an app to track results over time. We coordinate testing through accredited third-party laboratory and veterinary partners; we are not a veterinary provider.

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and app.

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Pet and pre-order information: your pet’s name, species, approximate age, the plan you choose, and an optional ZIP code (used to match you with a nearby lab) and any add-on tests you express interest in.

Test results: once testing begins, the wellness panel results associated with your pet.

Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Usage analytics: basic, first-party analytics such as pages visited and an anonymous device identifier, used to understand how the product is performing. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

To create and manage your account and authenticate you.

To fulfill kit orders, coordinate lab testing, and return and store your results.

To send transactional and product emails (for example, reservation confirmations and password resets).

To operate, secure, and improve the service, including measuring how well the product converts and performs.

Lab and veterinary partners: we share the information needed to fulfill and process your pet’s test.

Service providers: infrastructure and email vendors (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers) that process data on our behalf under contract.

Legal and safety: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a first-party analytics approach: a randomly generated, anonymous identifier stored in your browser lets us measure visits and conversion steps (for example, how many visitors reach the reservation page). This identifier is not tied to advertising networks and is not used to track you across other websites.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see Your choices).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your account information at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

HealthyPet is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
